Russia-Crimea Union Allegedly to Be Debated in Parliament

A bill that would unite Crimea and Russia has been registered in the Gosduma according to Ukrainskaya Pravda. According to the newspaper, the document proposes the unification of the area as a result of a referendum. It is stated that Sergei Mironov and Elena Mizulina are among those behind the bill. The head of the parliamentary committee for the CIS Leonid Slutskiy has formerly stated that the Gosduma may examine the question of uniting Crimea and Russia.
