Edward Snowden is ready to consider Anna Chapman’s proposal of marriage to solve his asylum problem. “I would marry Chapman, regardless. God, just look at her”, he wrote on his Twitter, as Interfax report. According to some sources, Snowden is still in the Sheremetyevo airport transit zone in Moscow. He has approached 21 countries asking for asylum. However, he has not yet received an affirmative answer.

The Icelandic parliament voted against offering asylum to the Edward Snowden, American, the Daily Mail report. According to local law, asylum seekers must ask from Icelandic territory. The publication reminds us that that was how the chess player Bobby Fischer escaped from the American courts in 2005.
